Don’t Panic Presents: The Phoenician Scheme – Film Screening & Live Q&A

Published 20 Jun 2025 | 0 min read

Film lovers, creatives, and curious minds - mark your calendars for a night not to be missed.

On Tuesday, 25th June, Don’t Panic Presents returns with an exclusive screening of Wes Anderson’s latest film, The Phoenician Scheme, hosted at the iconic Electric Cinema in White City House.

Set against Anderson’s signature visual flair and quirky storytelling, The Phoenician Scheme follows Zsa-zsa Korda, a wealthy businessman whose carefully curated world unravels when he’s pulled into a tangled web of ambition, legacy, and uncomfortable truths. It’s a cinematic journey that’s as humorous as it is thought-provoking. But that’s not all - the evening doesn’t end with the credits.

We’re thrilled to announce a live Q&A session following the screening, hosted by Don’t Panic’s Georgia Stephenson, featuring none other than Jolyon Rubinstein.

A BAFTA-winning writer, producer, and performer, Jolyon is renowned for his sharp political satire and unflinching social commentary. From co-creating the BBC’s The Revolution Will Be Televised, to scripting BREXAGEDDON?! and producing Don’t Hate the Playaz, his work challenges, provokes, and entertains in equal measure. This is a rare opportunity to hear directly from a creative force shaping some of the most daring work in UK media today.
