Unison wanted us to help force the government’s hand over social care funding.
With care workers frequently taking a beating in the press, we had to overcome this bad rap to help bring in some much-needed funding to the sector.
The public only sees the negative news stories, and is unaware of the ridiculous time constraints and unjust pay restrictions.
Alongside Claire Sweeney, we pastiched the classic 00s show “60 Minute Makeover” to highlight that both the elderly and the care workers are left short-changed by a flawed system.
