We are looking for someone to support our successful marketing and new business activity, working closely with our MD. Your duties will include:
Researching organisations and individuals (especially on social media) to identify new contacts and potential new opportunities
Contacting potential clients on behalf of our MD via email or phone to set up meetings
Helping to prepare presentations, attending meetings and ensuring creds decks are updated and consistent
Managing the monthly marketing schedule with all relevant contributors to ensure all activity happens on schedule
Creating, managing and tracking email campaigns
Monitoring incoming enquiries, recording and liaising internally to co-ordinate responses
Managing the website, working with all contributors to ensure content is updated on a regular basis and SEO performance is maintained or improved
Supporting our PR activity liaising internally and with all third party agencies
Managing our social media channels; the creation and promotion of owned content through these
Ensuring our databases are updated and fully functioning for all marketing purposes
Competitor analysis – keeping track of relevant marketing activities and initiatives
Desired Skills and Experience
Previous agency experience in similar role is desirable
Confident self-starter with the ability to take ownership of tasks and respond to requests quickly
Great people skills and ability to build rapport/relationships easily
Excellent written and verbal skills
Able to multitask with a positive, flexible, can do attitude
Social media savvy and a digital native
